Orcas Island
The Doe Bay Water Users Association (DBWUA) currently serves about 300 members in an area of Orcas Island generally east of the Obstruction Pass Road out to Pt. Lawrence, the eastern tip of the island. More detailed map information is offered below.

The source of water for the DBWUA is Mountain Lake, a pristine surface water source half way up Mt. Constitution in Moran State Park. |
The DBWUA was incorporated on July 18, 1949.
